A view of the front elevations of shop buildings at 47-50 Dean Street, Soho. At number 47 is P Denny & Co Ltd, a clothing shop, with its entrance at the corner with Old Compton Street. It has display windows in both elevations and uses the address 39 Old Compton Street. The building has four storeys plus a dormered attic and is four windows wide in Dean Street and three in Old Compton Street. A wire fence runs around the roof. Number 48 is a sex shop offering striptease and books and at number 49 is the York Minster pub. At 50 at the corner with Romilly Street is Terrazza Italian restaurant. Several pedestrians can be seen. All the buildings still exist but the French House pub has replaced the York Minster.
