A view of the front and side elevations of 94 Marylebone Lane, Marylebone, on the corner of Bentinck Mews. A four-storey brick building, probably built in the early-nineteenth century with later alterations. Two sash windows on the second, third and fourth storeys above the ground-floor shop front. On the side elevation in Bentinck Mews, iron railings around a main door; a narrow window on each storey above. The shop is occupied by B. J. Rackham, an off licence. The window displays bottles of wine and beer. There is a large retractable sun shade above the shop front. An illuminated clock affixed to the building reads: 'Guinness Time'. Another sign affixed to the shop surround reads: 'Watneys Red'. A sign affixed to iron railings beside the shop reads: 'Whitbread', and has the Whitbread Brewery logo. A dustbin and some rubbish are in front of the sign. At right, 90-92 Marylebone Lane is a block of flats built in the 1860s.
