A view of the front elevations of terraced houses at 5-9 (odd) Camden Street, Camden Town. Markings on the walls including "Lot 2" suggest the buildings were about to be or have been auctioned. The houses have four storeys over the basement and are three windows wide. Ground-floor windows have internal shutters which are closed. The facing is brick aside from the basement which is stucco. One or two steps lead from the pavement to a platform in front of the front doors across the basement area. Railings surround the basement area. The houses may have been in multiple occupancy. The buildings no longer exist and Richard Cobden primary school occupies the site. The building just visible at far left is the Working Men's College, now called just WM College, which still exists. Built in 1904-1906, it was Grade II listed in 1974, listing number 1067378.
