Description
A view of the front elevation of a grand terraced house at 4 Fitzroy Square, Fitzrovia. The house sits at the centre of a grand Portland stone covered terrace of four-storey houses plus basements. Attached Ionic columns rise through the second storey to support an entablature. An Austin A35 saloon car is parked at the left as well as a Rover P4 saloon car. Part of a terrace designed by Robert and James Adam and dating from 1792-94, numbers 1, 1a and 2-8 Fitzroy Square and attached railings and lamp holders, were Grade I listed in 1954; listing number 1112991.
