A view of the first-floor rear room at a grand house in use by National Provincial Bank at 6 Fitzroy Square, Fitzrovia. The room contains office equipment including a filing cabinet, a leather covered desk and other furniture. A calendar set at the 15th sits on top of a glazed cabinet containing files and papers. On the desk a twin and a single pen sets are visible. A light fitting with three lights hangs from the ceiling. Part of a terrace designed by Robert and James Adam and dating from 1792-94, numbers 1, 1a and 2-8 Fitzroy Square and attached railings and lamp holders, were Grade I listed in 1954; listing number 1112991.
