Description
View of three-storey Georgian houses in Platt Street, Camden, looking east from the junction with Charrington Street towards the c1940s Chenies eight-storey housing block at the far end. Vehicles parked at the roadside include, possibly, a Leyland Lynx and another commercial vehicle loaded with barrels, and a Vauxhall Velox EIP saloon. A child can be see crossing the street to the pavement in front of the police station on the right and a dog trotting past the railings in front of the portico entrance of the corner house on the left.
