Description
A view of the rear elevation of a detached house at 164 Queensbridge Road, Haggerston. The house has two storeys over a basement, and was possibly formed by merging two semi-detached properties, 164 and 166. The house has a juliet balcony across two ground-floor windows. It is viewed across an unkempt garden where a shrub grows from an oil drum. Another tub has been planted and next to it a toy model of a Volkswagen Beetle car can be seen. Nearby is the tractor unit of an articulated toy truck. A full-sized vehicle engine block stands on the ground. A moustachioed man in business attire and carrying a briefcase stands in the garden. Two dustbins stand on the ground. The house no longer exists and housing in Anna Close occupies the site.
