A view of the London Jewish Hospital Nurses' Home, Beaumont Square, Stepney.

The London Jewish Hospital was built to accommodate the needs of the large Jewish population of the East End and included its own synagogue and kitchens which served kosher food.

The hospital was demolished to make way for the construction of the London Independent Hospital which occupies the site today and has its main entrance on Beaumont Square.
