First-floor room refurbishment at 20 Albemarle Street, Piccadilly, part of The Royal Institution. It is completely stripped back to a lath and plaster wall and its woodwork frame. The sash window is boarded up and wires, old and new, hang from the ceiling and there is a pile of wooden laths on the floor. The building is Grade II listed, listing number 1066520.
