A view of the front elevation of a building at 57 Charing Cross, Westminster and occupied by Phoenix Assurance Company. The building has three storeys and is three windows wide. It is heavily laden with signage for the company and bears two large phoenixes between top floor windows. The building no longer exists, having been demolished to open up access to Admiralty Arch. A later building occupies part of the site. This part of Charing Cross is now Trafalgar Square.
