A view of the front elevation of a commercial building at 22 Coventry Street, Westminster, at the corner of Haymarket. Advertisements on the facade include Marlboro cigarettes, the films "Vanessa" with Olivia Pascal, "Emmanuelle" at the Prince Charles cinema, and "The Murdered Young Girl" directed by Roger Vadim. The empty framework of an advertisement can be seen at the top of the Haymarket elevation. The building houses a Coffee House at the left side of the ground floor and clothing retailer Millett's advertising Huggers "snugger jeans" at the corner with four storeys of other accommodation above. The shops to the right are numbers 33 and 34 Haymarket. A few pedestrians and some traffic can be seen. In front of Millett's is a street vendor with his or her stall. Dating from about 1880, the corner building including 22 Coventry Street and 35 Haymarket was Grade II listed in 1985; listing number 1356974. Dating from about 1741 with late eighteenth-century shop front and interior, number 34 Haymarket was Grade II* listed in 1958; listing number 1357092. Also from about 1741, number 33 was Grade II listed in 1958; listing number 1066643.
