Description
General view from the south-western end of Green's End, Woolwich, at the junction with Thomas Street, looking along Wellington Street beyond it. Two ladies and a gentleman with their backs to the camera are visible in the foreground whilst on the opposite corner of Green's End is a man pushing a baby in a pram whilst two young boys, one looking back over his shoulder at the camera, walk beside him. Davis's home furnisher's shop is visible on the corner of Green's End and Thomas Street, with Barclays Bank is opposite on the corner of Wellington Street and Thomas Street. The clock tower of the New Town Hall in Wellington Street can be seen in the distance.
