View of modern offices and houses, converted into offices, at 691 to 697 (formerly, 681 to 685) High Road, Tottenham. Looking west. The modern three-storey offices and car park in the centre of the picture replaced a toy and baby carriage factory, and themselves have since been demolished and replaced with Yora Court, a similar sized housing development. The Georgian period Grade II listed building (entry number 1358857) on the right with the Tibbett and Britten Limited lorries parked in front and down the side, are currently the offices of Wilson solicitors. Vehicles parked at the roadside and in the car park include a Mercedes 220 W180, a Ford Anglia 105E, a Jaguar S-Type, a Triumph 2000 Mk 1 saloon, Morris Oxford and 1100 models, a Fiat 124 and a Bedford TK lorry. Pedestrians, including young children, can be seen passing along the pavement in front. What is, possibly, a record shop, at number 689, can be seen at the far left of the picture, now an estate agents.
