Description
Elevation and plan of proposed buildings at Brixton for Rogers's Alms-houses. In the mid 19th century Rogers' Almhouses, founded in the early 17th century in the will of Robert Rogers (d1603), were transferred from their original site in Hart Street, Cripplegate, to Park Hill (later Ferndale Road), Brixton adjacent to the London Almshouses established there in the 1830s.
