Description
The dreadful riots of November 1830, the Tower in a state of siege. Shows a mob of men, women and children armed with pea shooters, bad eggs, rotten fruit and kitchen and bedroom slops attacking the Tower, which appears out of a cloud of smoke; riots on a huge scale were expected on Lord Mayor's Day 1830 but did not develop.
