Description
"The City cuckolds & Court horned beasts comparing each other's beauty"; shows two groups of courtiers and citizens under a bell resembling the Princess of Wales' petticoat, supported by a flying demon and with a boot (for the Earl of Bute) as a tongue. It is an allusion to City and society scandals, inspired by a speech of George III alluding to a distemper among horned cattle.
