"Murphy the Dick-tater, alias the weather cock of the walk"; a figure with a potato surmounted by a weather vane for head, globe for body, holding bellows and telescope under right arm, umbrella and watering can under left arm, right foot bare, left foot in snow shoe, stands on a pedestal before which are four persons.
