Description
Noel Joseph Desenfans (1744–1807), art dealer. He was employed by King Stanislaw of Poland to assemble a collection of paintings (and was appointed Polish Consul General in London), but after Stanislaw was forced to abdicate, the paintings eventually formed the basis of the Dulwich Picture Gallery.
