Workers on the roof of the Bank of England, apparently breaking up stone with sledgehammers. The Royal Exchange can be seen in the background. The clip includes a female Police Officer providing directions on the street outside what appears to be the offices of Farebrother, Ellis and Co. at 29 Fleet Street and also man selling chestnuts at an unidentified location.
