Description
A teenage boy is briefly filmed on a building site but our attention is quickly moved to a man talking in a meeting of 18 people around a table at the municipal hall. Different members express their concerns about the problems facing the housing community including new residence, maintenance of the estate, public transport, provisions for senior citizens and the disabled and rent costs. The committee agree that they should send these concerns to the GLC.
