Description
Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association trough planted with flowers outside Inner Temple Gardens, Victoria Embankment, City of London. Originally installed in 1892 as the gift of J. H. Buxton, the trough was moved to Hyde Park in 1985 as a memorial to the horses killed by the IRA bomb attack in July that year.
