Description
40 Northampton Road, Clerkenwell, the former home of the Temple Press. In 1982 the premises were adapted for use by the Greater London Record Office, renamed the London Metropolitan Archives in 1997. A view of the front elevation including loading bay. The Red Lion public house can be seen next door with bunting. Michael Cliffe House on the Finsbury Estate can be seen in the background.
