Description
13 Ely Place, Holborn: a Roman Catholic preparatory school. Second-floor front room, set up as a prayer room. It contains an altar with a statue of Pieta and two candlesticks, and a crucifix hanging above it. There is and a veil-covered ciborium on a small table standing by a bricked-up fireplace, a hymn boardand a vase of flowers on the mantlepiece, and small cross-shaped Stations of the Cross along the wall above it.
