Description
A general view of 26-32 Gray's Inn Road, Holborn, where bomb damage can be seen. A gap between houses has hoarding advertising Wall's ice cream, Stork margarine: 'Fancy calling Stork Margarine!' and a Guinness poster with seals in the zoo saying 'Lovely day for a Guinness' by Gilroy. People are walking along the pavement and a van is parked. Overhead lines for trams can be seen and the Red Hackle restaurant next to the gap has scaffolding up and a sign advertising office space. Number 26 has a sign advertising Northampton Boot Repair service. None of the buildings exist today and new office buildings with shops have been built at various stages.
