Description
Pedestrian subway at Westminster Bridge Road, Lambeth, by Lambeth Palace Road. A man and two women emerge from the subway in the direction of the sign to WATERLOO STATION, LYING IN HOSPITAL, SOUTH BANK ARTS CENTRE. Above them is a sign to ST THOMAS' HOSPITAL, WESTMINSTER BRIDGE, LAMBETH PALACE ROAD. On the left is a high rise office block called York House, built in 1964 and demolished in 2013 to make way for a modern block of student accomodation.
