Description
Pedestrian subway at Westminster Bridge Road, Lambeth, by Lambeth Palace Road. Two religious sisters walk in the direction of the sign to WATERLOO STATION, LYING IN HOSPITAL, SOUTH BANK ARTS CENTRE. Above them is a sign to ST THOMAS' HOSPITAL, WESTMINSTER BRIDGE, LAMBETH PALACE ROAD. On the left is a high rise office block called York House, built in 1964 and demolished in 2013 to make way for a modern block of student accomodation.
