Detail view of staircase at London Dispensary at 27 Fournier Street, Spitalfields. A herringbone carpet runner covers the flight of stairs which have turned balusters and carved scroll risers. Between 1828 and 1946, 27 Fournier Street was occupied by The London Dispensary, founded in 1777 for the provision of free medicines and healthcare in the local area. Grade II listed, entry 1357813.
