"Sawney ganging back again, being turned out of place"; showing a Scot in Highland dress, walking from the Crown Inn, in the window of which George III with bandaged eyes. The inn sign is being hauled into place by Fox. This is a satire on John Stuart, the Earl of Bute's defeat.
