"The Lord Mayor turning the Livery off! at Tyburn!! Vide Alderman Wood's speech at Guildhall, Apl. 23d. 1813"; shows the Lord Mayor in his coach, on the left, with various coaches of liverymen in front of him In the background is a gibbet, with the hangman complaining of the delay. In the foreground a citizen is warning his small son of the fate of those who keep bad company.
