Four figures depicted in the manner of the 'Cries of London'; from left to right the figures are William Pitt, Charles James Fox, Richard Brinsley Sheridan and the Duke of Norfolk. The satire probably alludes to the Corporation of London's petition to the sovereign for the removal of his ministers because of their extravagant over spending.
