View looking north east down Stoney Lane, City of London. Exterior view of newly erected artizan dwellings including King's Block in Artizan Street, which runs to the left. The buildings were erected by the Commissioners of City Sewers, architect William Haywood. The smartly dressed figures may be committee members attending the opening.
