View from the steps of Mansion House looking eastwards across Bank Junction past traffic lights towards Threadneedle Street and the Royal Exchange building, City of London. The Royal Exchange was Grade I listed in 1950; listing number 1064713. Three pedestrians cross the road in the foreground with other pedestrians and some vehicles in the background. Entrances to Bank Underground station can be seen on both sides. The south and part of the west façade of the Bank of England can be seen to the left of the photograph. The Bank was Grade I listed in 1950; listing number 1079134. One Cornhill in view on the right.
