"May Day (in London)"; showing milkmaids with garlands and chimney sweep boys dancing outside a pewterer's and a barber's premises in Milk Street. One "garland" of plate and greenery is in the charge of two chair men, one of whom is mopping his forehead. The other is on a milkmaid's head.
