Title
Prison vaults of the Tower of London
Description
View of heavy door to 'Little Ease', a tiny cell most likely to be located beneath the White Tower in the Tower of London, Tower Hill. The infamous oubliette-style windowless cell measures 1.2 square metres with insufficient room for its resident to stand, sit or lie down, who could only crouch over. The cell, most probably, no longer exists having been either torn down or walled up.
