Map of Westminster, the City of London, Southwark, the River Thames and surrounding areas, with tables of public offices, wards, parishes, livery halls and companies, markets, inns of court, prisons, palaces, public buildings and hospitals at the foot of the map, and in the bottom margin a prospect or panorama of the City and Westminster which consists of a reduced copies of the London and Westminster prospects in the 'Nouveau Thei atre...' and 'Britannia illustrata'. St. Clement Danes is represented twice (references 25 and 36). This is the third edition of a map first published by Robert Morden and Philip Lea in 1690. Key below to significant landmarks. Scale: 7 1/2":1 mile [1:8448]. Extent: Haggerston - Limehouse - Lambeth - Marylebone.
