Description
View of a terraced house at 194 John Ruskin Street, Walworth. The house has a low wall with a picket fence on top of it and there is ornate plasterwork above the front door and the bay windows. The tall building in the background is Brawne House on the Brandon Estate. Number 194 no longer exists as most of the houses on the north side of the street have been redeveloped. The rest of the terrace, up to and including the adjoining number 196, had already been demolished and its site redeveloped by the time this photograph was taken.
