"The Bruiser Bruis'd"
"The Bruiser Bruis'd"; showing the prize fight between John Broughton and Jack Slack in 1750. Broughton, regarded as 'The Father of Boxing', the then undefeated Champion of England, came out of retirement when he was challenged by the much younger Slack, a Norfolk butcher.
