Description
"Feeling"; showing a man removing what might be a hot poultice from his hand. Behind him a smiling woman stretches a dressing over a brazier with hot coals. A small metal vessel that would be heated and then applied to a patient's skin is also on the table. On the wall above are a collection of medicinal items such as vials. It is an allegory on the sense of feeling.
