View of the Prince of Wales public house at 23 Lant Street, Borough, on the corner of Little Lant Street (renamed Weller Street) and houses numbers 25-35. The proprietor is A.W. Childs and it is a Mann Crossman public house. The public house has etched glass windows and a cast iron gas streetlamp above the main door. All of the buildings have been demolished and the street is now the playground at the rear of the Charles Dickens Primary School.
